Tim Dawson is the Managing Partner and President/Founder of Drive Technology Management, with responsibility for all sales, operations and account management. Prior to assuming his role in 2005, Tim held several executive positions over seven years while at Level 3 Communications including: VP of international carrier sales with responsibility for all of Canada, Mexico, South America and the Caribbean; and VP of product marketing for the US. Prior to this, Tim spent three years at CTC Communications holding the position of GM of their Long Distance Company along with marketing responsibilities for all of the companies under the CTC brand. From 1986 to 1994, Tim spent nine years in sales leadership roles with Centex Telemanagement. He began his professional career in 1983 with MCI as Branch Manager. Tim graduated from Kansas State University in 1978 with a BS degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. Outside of the office, Tim spends time with his family, golfing and runs a community garden in his neighborhood.
